Goalkeeping Technical Training (Co-Ed)

The objective at Royal York is on developing each goalkeeper to their highest potential in order to fulfill their goal of playing house league, making the Select/All-Star team or pursuing the Rep and Elite player pathway.

The Goalkeeping Technical Training is for Boys and Girls aged 8-13.

The key to being a successful goalkeeper, regardless of level is the ability to play consistently. RYFC’s goalkeeper training sessions have been proven to provide goalkeepers with insights into proper technique while focusing on honing strengths and improving on areas requiring further development.

Training also has to have one more key element, “FUN!”

The training atmosphere at RYFC is relaxed, with no pressure put on the keepers, so participants in the program are at ease and ready to learn. For goalkeepers who are serious about reaching the next level, RYFC will provide you with the opportunity to train just like a professional goalkeeper.

Our elite goalkeeping coach takes great pride in encouraging, motivating and supporting young athletes as they develop through the program. These technical sessions give players the confidence needed to play keeper at any level and develop into a true specialist in the position.
